• Collaborate with design, user research, and product management teams to create an exceptional user experience.

• Contribute design ideas informed by user research and business requirements.

• Aid in the planning and evaluation of both qualitative and quantitative research.

• Collect insights from research and customer feedback to comprehend user desires and needs.

• Outline the customer journey.

• Present research outcomes and design ideas to the product management team.

• Execute significant projects that align with Labcorp's mission of healthcare innovation.

• Engage in enterprise-wide learning, gain leadership exposure, participate in intern events, speaker sessions, professional development opportunities, mentoring, and employee resource group activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Design, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing.

• Ideal candidates are rising juniors and seniors, graduating between December 2027 and June 2029.

• Preferred experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods is preferred.

• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Must be actively enrolled in a relevant degree program.
