Intern Product Owner – Paid Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with seasoned mentors on authentic, cross-functional projects.

• Assist Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Participate in client calls and internal stand-ups, with chances to facilitate stand-ups with guidance.

• Work alongside designers and developers.

• Produce clear and structured documentation.

• Gain insights into how teams plan, estimate, prioritize, and iterate.

• Receive constructive feedback from mentors, project teams, and the Delivery team.

• Potentially contribute to marketing or internal initiatives.

• Join the Product Talent Pool and engage in recruitment when relevant projects arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Interested in understanding how digital products evolve from initial concept to launch.

• Capable of transforming ideas into straightforward visuals on the fly, such as flows, diagrams, and step-by-step breakdowns.

• Proactive, communicative, and open to asking questions.

• Eager to learn how to collaborate with developers, designers, and clients.

• Basic familiarity with tools like Notion, FigJam, or Jira.

• Proficient in Polish and English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1 in both languages; this is mandatory.

• Must maintain active student status.

• Bonus: participation in student organizations, startups, or hackathons.

• Bonus: interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools.

• Bonus: knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup methodologies.

• Bonus: previous experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead.
