Intern – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete the onboarding process and familiarize yourself with partnership tools and workflows.

• Utilize Salesforce, Google Sheets, and various project management tools.

• Assist with partner programs through database management and organizational tasks.

• Participate in AI-tool training and deliver an AI-assisted project outcome.

• Enhance internal resources, documentation, and workflows.

• Provide data analysis through generating reports and presentations.

• Contribute to projects that yield measurable outcomes.

• Lead a data or project management initiative.

• Oversee and maintain accurate partner databases.

• Develop expertise in Salesforce and PRM systems.

• Take charge of a significant project.

• Support the launch of new partner programs.

• Collaborate across departments on enablement and operations.

• Present insights and recommendations effectively.

• Build relationships and gain exposure to leadership while aiding OpenSesame’s partnerships with LMSs, LXPs, HR platforms, and technology providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enthusiastic student or recent graduate.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working with data and various software tools.

• Eager to learn and master AI technologies.

• Available to work 30–40 hours per week.

• Preferably available between 8am–5pm MST/PST.

• Must have a personal computer and reliable high-speed internet during working hours.

• Capable of performing at a professional level in a fast-paced, high-engagement environment.
