Intern, Global Sourcing Digitization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in digitalization projects and ensure data is prepared for sourcing and procurement initiatives.

• Analyze, comprehend, map, and document global sourcing and procurement workflows from start to finish.

• Extract, analyze, and present procurement-related data from SAP systems.

• Develop organized documentation and straightforward operational instructions for internal stakeholders.

• Design and create SharePoint sites, integrating them with Power BI for enhanced data visualization.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders in sourcing, IT, and related departments to promote ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of macros.

• Preferably some hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, ideally within a procurement context.

• Possess an analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to learn quickly.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient in English (minimum C1 level).

• Knowledge of German is a plus.
