This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create, revise, and distribute captivating content for internal platforms that highlight company updates, employee benefits, and cultural initiatives.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of both virtual and in-person employee events, including town halls and team-building exercises.

• Support the management of employee recognition programs while celebrating significant milestones.

• Aid in the administration and analysis of pulse surveys or post-event feedback to assess employee sentiment and evaluate the success of internal campaigns.

• Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, and other internal teams to enhance the employer brand and ensure the global workforce remains informed and motivated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree, ideally in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Self-driven with a strong focus on action, results, and ongoing improvement.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment.

• Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, processes, programs, and procedures concurrently while meeting deadlines under pressure.

• Competence in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Experience managing confidential and sensitive materials.

• Minimal travel required.

• Reliable internet access for any remote work periods outside of a Workiva office.
