Intern Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Assist in re-engaging, onboarding, and providing support to current business partners (travel agencies);

• Track partner engagement on the platform and evaluate key business metrics to uncover growth opportunities;

• Address partner-related inquiries and enhance the overall partner experience;

• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and best practices;

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate platform development and business expansion;

• Create reports, presentations, and recommendations to aid in strategic decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team;

• Basic analytical skills and a keen interest in making data-informed decisions;

• Outstanding organizational abilities and a focus on detail;

• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a readiness to learn new digital tools and technologies;

• Interest in B2B business models, online platforms, and digital transformation;

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
