Interior Design Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and sustain reports for property improvement plans

• Utilize design sensibility, industry standards, and technical knowledge to assist Members throughout their design projects

• Foster relationships and collaboratively address challenges as Members engage in the design process

• Convey and monitor project details, advancements, and key milestones

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to pinpoint compliant solutions

• Keep an updated knowledge base regarding design standards and construction documents

• Establish and achieve goals that align with organizational objectives

• Cultivate rapport with Members and promote desired results

• Travel up to 25%

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant, professional experience in managing projects within Design, Architecture, or Project Management

• Strong preference for experience in the hospitality sector

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or Architecture, or Hospitality Management with experience in Design and Architectural projects, or an equivalent combination of Education and Experience

• NCIDQ/AIA certification preferred

• PMP certification is a plus

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Basic familiarity with Salesforce and Smartsheet is preferred

• Strong analytical, time management, and written/verbal communication abilities

• Capability to work independently while employing analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented with effective presentation skills

• Ability to diplomatically communicate deficiencies and necessary adjustments

• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing organizational goals

• A valid driver’s license, reliable automobile, and proof of insurance may be required
