Interim Director of Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect reporting needs from healthcare organizations

• Create and implement reports

• Perform testing and validation processes

• Offer support after implementation

• Work with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the success of reporting projects

• Design and construct enterprise data platforms as a technical leader at the architect level

• Influence, coordinate, and unite decentralized data teams and resources without direct reporting lines

• Function within a cross-matrix management framework with dotted-line connections to decentralized data resources

⛳️ Requirements

• Databricks certification is preferred

• Over 7 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, enterprise data platforms, or related fields, including leadership roles

• Experience with healthcare data, including knowledge of clinical data, EHR systems, interoperability, and related healthcare data settings

• Proven experience in designing, creating, modernizing, or scaling enterprise data platforms

• Strong preference for experience with Databricks/lakehouse architecture

• Technical leadership at the architect level with the capability to design and construct data platforms

• In-depth understanding of the broader data ecosystem, including data integration aspects

• Capability to operate within a cross-matrix management environment with dotted-line relationships

• Proficiency in influencing, aligning, and bringing together decentralized data teams and resources without direct reporting relationships

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
