Interim Credit Control Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the credit control operations throughout the organization.

• Ensure the prompt collection of overdue payments and minimize aged work in progress and debt.

• Evaluate, design, and enhance existing credit control processes and documentation.

• Implement practical improvements, reporting mechanisms, and controls.

• Collaborate closely with Finance Partners, fee earners, and senior stakeholders.

• Foster a professional, client-oriented approach to debt recovery.

• Available to start immediately.

• Demonstrated experience in credit control management, preferably within a professional services or legal setting.

• Proficient with technology and confident in using financial systems, reporting tools, and process automation.

• Process-oriented, proactive, and capable of quickly identifying and implementing enhancements.

• Professional, resilient, and appropriately assertive in communications with stakeholders and clients.

• Able to provide strong and relevant references from clients.

• Outside IR35, subject to status.
