Intelligent Automation & AI Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, design, and implement scalable automation and AI-driven workflow solutions

• Evaluate business processes and establish solution requirements in collaboration with Operations leaders

• Direct the design, development, deployment, and enhancement of automation initiatives

• Act as the primary technical authority for the Automation & AI function

• Collaborate with operational teams to optimize workflows through workflow automation, RPA, low-code platforms, APIs, system integrations, intelligent document processing, and sanctioned AI technologies

• Manage solution architecture, configuration, development, testing, deployment, support, and user adoption

• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and governance standards

• Oversee automation initiatives from initial discovery to deployment and ongoing improvement

• Articulate technical concepts and solution tradeoffs to operational and executive stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in workflow automation, software development, intelligent automation, AI solution delivery, or related domains

• Proven experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting production-level automation solutions

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and providing technical guidance

• Proficient in automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, ServiceNow, or comparable tools

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, SQL, scripting, source control, testing, and production support

• Experience in assessing business processes, gathering requirements, and evaluating business outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience in lieu of a degree

• Capability to lead automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and ongoing enhancement

• Strong skills in business process analysis and process improvement

• Ability to convey technical concepts and solution tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, documentation, and project delivery abilities

• Knowledge of secure development practices, access controls, data protection, change management, and operational resilience

• Understanding of responsible AI principles, governance, monitoring, and human oversight

• Ability to function effectively in a rapidly growing and changing environment
