This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the onboarding, adoption, and expansion of LightForce’s digital orthodontic system within orthodontic practices.
• Utilize clinical expertise and understanding of orthodontic office operations and workflows to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhance revenue and case volume.
• Establish connections with doctors and staff by offering customized clinical and operational insights along with training.
• Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate customers’ current status, define workflows, develop training materials, and facilitate processes for complete system adoption.
• Provide clinical assistance to doctors during the onboarding and integration phases.
• Cultivate relationships with practice teams through a consultative and collaborative methodology.
• Conduct clinical training and presentations both virtually and in person, catering to internal audiences as well.
• Co-lead and manage the new-customer onboarding training strategy while creating resources and tools.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and commercial support teams to prioritize opportunities.
• Guide internal and external partners on best practices.
• Keep track of orthodontic industry trends and organizations.
• Offer clinical input for product development and software improvements.
• Leverage data and analytics to aid customer decision-making.
• Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer experience and advocate for LightForce solutions.
• Diagnose outcomes, lead triage and execution, relay results to leadership, and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Independently handle business travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Identify and execute critical tasks autonomously and with urgency.
• Clinical certification in dentistry or Orthodontics (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA, etc.).
• Over 5 years of relevant experience specifically in Orthodontics.
• A valid Driver's license.
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time via plane.
