This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate the onboarding, adoption, and expansion of LightForce’s orthodontic system within orthodontic practices.
• Utilize clinical expertise and understanding of orthodontic office processes and workflows to uncover growth opportunities and enhance revenue and case volume.
• Cultivate relationships with doctors and staff by offering customized clinical and operational insights and training.
• Conduct assessments of customers' current states and develop defined workflows to support comprehensive system adoption.
• Develop and utilize training materials and implement processes and procedures alongside doctors and staff.
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
• Provide clinical assistance to doctors for onboarding and full integration within orthodontic practices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with practice teams through a consultative and collaborative approach.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations both virtually and in-person to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Co-lead and manage the training strategy for new customer onboarding and assist in the development of resources and tools.
• Collaborate strategically with sales, marketing, and commercial support teams to prioritize opportunities.
• Mentor both internal and external partners on best practices.
• Keep track of orthodontic organizations, trends, and changes within the industry.
• Offer clinical input for new product development and software improvements.
• Leverage data and analytics to aid customer decision-making.
• Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer experience and promote LightForce solutions.
• Analyze results, lead triage and execution, communicate findings to leadership, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independently handle travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Identify and complete essential tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
• Clinical certification in dentistry or Orthodontics (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA, etc.).
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in Orthodontics.
• A valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time by plane.
• Self-driven and motivated.

• Team-oriented individual.
• Ability to sit or stand, walk, travel by vehicle and airplane, see, use hands and arms, listen, and communicate effectively.
