This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take charge of the technical setup and integration configurations for both new and existing HR Acuity clients.
• Ensure that all technical requirements are fulfilled throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Deliver clear communication, technical expertise, and proactive project management.
• Facilitate and oversee the migration of customer data into the HR Acuity platform.
• Support the Sales and Customer Success teams in technical scoping discussions.
• Convert customer business needs into technical solutions and configurations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to provide insights for upcoming releases.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to identify and communicate recurring integration issues.
• Offer consultative advice based on established best practices to enhance customer adoption and achieve positive results.
• Define and document technical processes and requirements in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Oversee special projects and initiatives assigned by the Manager.
• Deliver training and support to teams that interact with customers.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or implementation-focused role involving integrations.
• Proven experience working directly with clients to ensure a smooth integration experience.
• Familiarity with API integrations and connections to enterprise systems, including REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, SFTP, and webhooks.
• Capability to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration abilities with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in developing technical documentation and training materials.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, HCM/HRIS, ATS, and other enterprise software environments, including Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, and Salesforce.
• Experience with integration/iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
