Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and validate dependable connections between client websites and systems including Zoho CRM, Canvas, Zoom, and the existing volunteer management system.

• Provide the designated data feeds to the client's independently managed enterprise data environment.

• Work in collaboration with the client's internal team and Archive's technical delivery team.

• Assist in the technical delivery and transition processes.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation is provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with API, webhook, and event-driven integrations across CRM, educational, and business applications.

• Proficiency in data mapping, maintaining authoritative records, identifiers, synchronization, and reconciliation.

• Knowledge of secure service authentication, retries, rate limits, and integration monitoring.

• Skills in integration testing and documentation.

• Direct experience with Zoho, Canvas, or Make is advantageous.

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Availability to commence work within a month.

• Must be located in Canada.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.

• Proficiency in spoken and written French is a significant advantage.

• Must be available during standard EST business hours.
