This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and allocation of resources for projects.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and executive leadership to define project scope and objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of warehouse automation and integrated material handling systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies for mitigation.
• Maintain transparent communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and closure activities.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers during the implementation phase.
• Promote continuous improvement and encourage the adoption of best practices in project management.
• Supervise projects from inception to completion.
• Lead the implementation of warehouse automation, conveyor systems, robotics, and material handling solutions for clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in automation, material handling, warehouse systems, robotics, AMRs/AGVs, conveyor systems, or similar industrial environments.
• Proven experience in managing technical design and system implementation projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, CAD layouts, and system designs effectively.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation and material handling technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for business travel.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%: 25% local/regional and 25% national.
• H1B visa sponsorship is not available.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Preferred experience with warehouse automation systems, conveyor systems, robotics, AGVs, AMRs, and operations in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain.
