This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Integrated Study Timelines (IST) for clinical trials.

• Collaborate with Global Trial Leads and members of cross-functional teams.

• Identify crucial study activities to facilitate the development of study timelines.

• Clearly and promptly communicate timeline updates to stakeholders.

• Manage user access to study timelines effectively.

• Support initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Participate in study execution team meetings.

• Facilitate discussions related to timelines.

• Identify critical path elements associated with timeline management.

• Generate timeline status reports and regularly update timelines.

• Assist in Microsoft Project (MSP) training and the creation of tools related to MSP timelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or its international equivalent is required; a background in Life Sciences is preferred.

• Familiarity with global regulatory and compliance standards for clinical research, including but not limited to US CFR, EU CTD, and ICH GCP.

• Proven experience in project/program management and matrix leadership.

• Exceptional communication skills necessary for facilitation, negotiation, and risk management.

• Strong teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Over 3 years of experience using Microsoft Project (MSP) or Planisware.

• More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research organizations.

• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas is a plus.
