This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical, analytical, and lifecycle assistance to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (MEWSD).
• Aid in cradle-to-grave processes for U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare, Decoy, and Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) systems.
• Coordinate, develop, integrate, sustain, and oversee program and project timelines.
• Create and uphold the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Gather, consolidate, validate, and evaluate scheduling information.
• Track milestones, key events, deliverables, and criteria for significant achievements.
• Execute schedule updates, status reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct analyses for critical path, slack/float, and predecessor/successor dependencies.
• Formulate and evaluate recovery plans and “what-if” scheduling scenarios.
• Carry out Schedule Risk Assessments to identify scheduling risks, conflicts, dependencies, delays, and emerging issues.
• Integrate activities across projects, workstreams, and functional domains.
• Prepare reports on schedules, metrics, forecasts, and performance information.
• Communicate schedule status, critical activities, dependencies, and potential impacts to project teams, program leadership, and stakeholders.
• A Secret clearance is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Experience in supporting U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare, Decoy, and SEWIP systems is essential.
• Familiarity with engineering, technology transition, installation, logistics, product support, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, and repair is required.
• Capability to integrate logistics, data science, reliability and maintainability engineering, and operations research.
• Proficiency in analyzing and modeling complex systems.
• Skills in schedule management, critical path, slack/float, and dependency analyses are necessary.
• Experience in conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) is required.
