This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, develop, integrate, sustain, and administer program and project timelines in line with established criteria and the Schedule Management Plan (SMP).
• Create and uphold the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), encompassing program tasks, interdependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Gather, consolidate, validate, and evaluate scheduling information from program teams, technical leaders, and stakeholders.
• Set up and track progress towards program milestones, key events, deliverables, and significant accomplishment criteria.
• Execute routine schedule updates, status evaluations, and performance analysis of schedules.
• Conduct analyses of critical paths, schedule slack/float, and predecessor/successor dependencies.
• Formulate and assess recovery plans alongside “what-if” scheduling scenarios.
• Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
• Identify schedule-related risks, conflicts, dependencies, delays, and emerging issues, providing recommendations for corrective measures.
• Harmonize activities across various projects, workstreams, and functional domains.
• Prepare and review schedule reports, metrics, forecasts, and performance data.
• Convey schedule status, critical tasks, dependencies, and potential impacts to project teams, program leadership, and stakeholders.
• Offer technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division for U.S. Navy EW, Decoy, and SEWIP systems.
• Assist in engineering, technology transition, installation, logistics, product support, testing and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, and repair operations.
• Merge logistics, data science, reliability and maintainability engineering, and operations research to evaluate and model complex systems.
• Required Clearance: Secret
• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
