This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, digital, and events.
• Oversee email marketing initiatives in Mailchimp, encompassing setup, audience segmentation, dynamic content creation, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce materials that are on-brief, aligned with the brand, and delivered on schedule.
• Manage, update, and enhance digital platforms and website content.
• Revise site content and layout to enhance user experience and ensure messaging is up-to-date.
• Carry out both paid and organic social media strategies aimed at elevating brand visibility and driving traffic.
• Track and analyze social media performance, extracting insights for content optimization.
• Handle logistics, promotional alignment, technology setup, and lead collection for webinars and live events.
• Organize event promotions and follow-up nurture sequences to maximize attendee return on investment and conversion rates.
• Develop landing pages and automated workflows for event registrations and follow-ups.
• Create communication kits and materials for outreach to stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records of clients and attendees for engagement post-event.
• Ensure the health of marketing technology platforms, manage tags, UTM tracking, and maintain contact list cleanliness.
• Evaluate cross-channel marketing performance against established business objectives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and test strategies to enhance lead quality and channel efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with internal leadership, external agencies, and creative partners to refine go-to-market strategies.
• 2–4 years of full-time marketing experience, ideally in an integrated or multi-channel marketing setting.
• Practical experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems like WordPress.
• Proven track record in executing both organic and paid social media initiatives across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Experience utilizing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 or Zoho.
• Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Capacity to manage projects from inception to completion, linking tactical execution with strategic objectives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and adeptness at managing competing deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Preferred: experience in managing agency, contractor, or creative vendor relationships.
• Preferred: familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Slides.
• Preferred: basic knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with lead management workflows.
• Preferred: strong project management skills to handle complex campaign schedules and deliverables.
• Preferred: experience with contact list segmentation, data hygiene, and tag management practices.
• Preferred: understanding of email compliance standards, deliverability criteria, and privacy regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
