This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee comprehensive marketing initiatives, encompassing experience management, content creation, integrated communications, delivery, and value assessment.
• Convert stakeholder goals into program briefs that outline target audiences, value propositions, messaging, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Organize activities and workflows utilizing internal planning and marketing systems.
• Design and execute event experiences, which include session formats, engagement tactics, attendee acquisition, audience journeys, and communication strategies.
• Create messaging frameworks, narrative agendas, speaker support materials, and essential content assets.
• Supervise milestones, interdependencies, roles, responsibilities, budgets, and delivery obligations.
• Oversee production, rehearsals, onsite/day-of execution, and post-event lead management and follow-up.
• Implement audience segmentation and journey mapping across digital communications, content, and events.
• Take ownership of program evaluation, engagement metrics, follow-up conversion, and insights reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, creative teams, production resources, and cross-functional teams.
• Foster and engage communities where applicable.
• Utilize AI-driven tools, agents, and workflow integrations to enhance marketing and communications efficiency.
• Offer guidance and quality assurance to team members and lead event teams during onsite delivery when necessary.
• 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated communications, client programs, experiential marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in leading intricate marketing programs from strategy and planning through to execution, measurement, and optimization.
• Robust background in event and experience management, including in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid programs, production, and onsite delivery.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in large or matrixed organizations.
• Strong capabilities in content and communications, including messaging, storytelling, executive communications, presentations, and speaker support.
• Proven program management abilities across multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation, journey planning, engagement data, and KPIs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in professional services or another complex B2B environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools, AI agents, and workflow automation is advantageous.
• Experience in leading teams or providing strategic direction and quality assurance is beneficial.
• Must have legal authorization to live and work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
