This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create annual and quarterly integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's, brand's, product's, and commercial goals.
• Convert business goals into marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, budgets, timelines, and measurable KPIs.
• Develop audience segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Construct marketing plans for HealthCentral's portfolio, encompassing corporate initiatives and specific products and solutions.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, audience requirements, and emerging trends.
• Design and implement integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Determine the optimal channel mix across digital, social media, email, content, events, conferences, partnerships, public relations, and thought leadership.
• Create and oversee campaign calendars and activation plans.
• Manage daily program execution across internal teams and external partners, coordinating inputs, approvals, deliverables, and launch timelines.
• Develop strategies to guide audiences from awareness through consideration, engagement, and conversion.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating investments across various channels and initiatives.
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and conduct regular reviews of marketing performance.
• Evaluate engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, return on investment, and return on ad spend.
• Analyze performance data and suggest investment adjustments.
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership on revenue goals, priority accounts, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create launch materials, define responsibilities, and set rollout timelines for products, capabilities, and partnerships.
• Develop audience and market strategies for patient, healthcare professional, agency, and pharmaceutical client segments.
• Craft and modify sales presentations, email copy, campaign briefs, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
• Collaborate with the Chief Brand Officer to convert brand strategy into quantifiable marketing programs.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across campaigns, conferences, partnerships, and market-facing initiatives.
• Assist in formulating strategies for conferences, industry presence, strategic partnerships, and opportunities for market positioning.
• Establish a repeatable marketing planning and measurement discipline, delivering campaigns, programs, and market-facing materials.
• 6–10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing strategy, growth marketing, product marketing, demand generation, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans and executing the associated campaigns and programs.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including budget creation, forecasting, performance modeling, and ROI analysis.
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels, segmentation, channel strategy, campaign development, and performance assessment.
• Ability to transform broad business objectives into structured, actionable marketing plans and manage the details of delivery.
• Experience across various products, audiences, or business lines is highly preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to work comfortably with marketing data.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Strong capability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority, manage competing priorities, and drive projects through review, approval, and launch stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, health-tech, media, SaaS, or data/technology is beneficial but not mandatory.
