This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee large-scale portfolio programs that are aligned with strategic goals and consist of multiple projects.
• Successfully deliver LTSS and Dual Eligible programs.
• Facilitate cross-functional activities across the organization.
• Ensure that milestone deliverables are completed and approved throughout the program's lifecycle.
• Enhance program and project management practices, processes, and tools.
• Complete activities related to program closure.
• Guide stakeholders in refining the program design.
• Identify and allocate business and IT resources in collaboration with functional owners, IT, and EPMO.
• Guarantee compliance with LTSS requirements.
• Capture and consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the LTSS program.
• Manage program scope, schedule, and the impacts of changes.
• Collaborate with business executives to align programs with strategic objectives and ensure appropriate funding, resourcing, and management.
• Maintain the program stakeholder matrix.
• Promote cross-functional communication.
• Develop project communication and training plans in conjunction with Talent Development and Communications.
• Facilitate meetings with program stakeholders and represent the program in governance meetings.
• Review and approve meeting minutes from program sessions.
• Provide regular updates and maintain communications with senior management, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Track, compile, and report on program metrics and budget.
• Identify and manage risks, mitigation strategies, contingency plans, issues, obstacles, and blockers.
• Maintain the program RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Manage the program's SharePoint site and document repository.
• Produce various reports, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notifications.
• Develop plans for program operations and support.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
• A Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required, or equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the required education.
• A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of program management experience is required.
• CSSBB certification is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management software is necessary.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent critical listening and thinking skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels and external parties.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to shape approaches and build consensus.
• Ability to lead a project team of over 20 core members and multiple vendors.
• Experience managing a project with a budget of up to $10M+.
• Aptitude to prioritize work and assignments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Profound understanding of project management processes, techniques, tools, and the development lifecycle, preferably Agile.
• Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry, with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare.
• General office environment; may require sitting or standing for prolonged periods.
