This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Coordinate and schedule events for the department

• Organize meetings

• Arrange travel itineraries

• Set up appointments

• Guide and oversee business initiatives

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Acquire knowledge of new processes and technological tools

• Assist leadership roles

• Collaborate in a dynamic business environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity

• Proven track record in supporting leadership roles

• Clear communication skills, both in-person and online

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organizational abilities

• Capable of working independently with high efficiency

• Strong multitasking capabilities

• An associate degree or higher is highly preferred

• Microsoft certification is highly preferred
