This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing briefs and enhance customer insights, turning business objectives into effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver insight-driven creative strategies and campaign plans, including the definition of target audiences, creative ideation, omni-channel content creation, and evaluation techniques.
• Manage the creation of internal and external creative content, such as visuals, audio/visual materials, emails, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, business strategies, and timelines.
• Cultivate consistent and strategically continuous brand storytelling for GenScript LSG across various campaigns.
• Enhance marketing campaign processes and management tools to ensure high-quality, timely production and execution of campaign and event materials.
• Track campaign progress and assess effectiveness; generate analysis reports and provide optimization recommendations.
• Supervise the marketing campaigns team’s engagement, skill development, and performance evaluation while motivating the team.
• Report directly to the Associate Director of Marketing Campaigns.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a Life Sciences or Biology-related field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience.
• More than 2 years of experience specifically in marketing campaign strategy and execution.
• Preferred educational background or work experience in the biomedical or biotechnology sectors.
• Knowledge of marketing campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience in planning and executing large-scale online and offline activities is a plus.
• Strong market insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills.
• Capable of discussing plans and programs with partners and coordinating resources effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple objectives, projects, and tasks, delivering results within deadlines.
• Proficient in spoken English with exceptional reading and writing abilities.
