This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop realistic insurance scenarios and tasks reflecting everyday professional activities.
• Evaluate and contrast AI-generated insurance outputs for precision, professional insight, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Construct structured examples that illustrate how insurance professionals approach problem-solving.
• Offer written critiques to enhance AI performance on insurance-related tasks.
• Collaborate remotely with the research team.
• Contribute across various insurance domains including underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk management, brokerage, compliance, reinsurance, and policy/product development.
• Complete a brief application form and possibly a short sample task.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in the insurance sector.
• Background in underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk management, brokerage, compliance, or a similar field.
• Possession of professional credentials such as CPCU, ARM, AINS, CLU, AIC, ACAS/FCAS, ASA/FSA, or a state adjuster/broker license is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Proficient with standard industry tools and systems, including policy administration, claims, rating platforms, and Excel.
• Excellent written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Must reside in the USA.
• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
