• Deliver exceptional customer support for auto, home, motorcycle, and various insurance clients.

• Respond to incoming calls from clients seeking policies and existing policyholders needing modifications.

• Acquire knowledge about insurance products to effectively align customers with appropriate insurance providers and coverage options.

• Recognize coverage deficiencies, eligible discounts, and renewal adjustments.

• Resolve issues to eliminate obstacles to suitable coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Provide insights on products and contribute to the enhancement of the app and services.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
