Insurance Sales Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell personal lines insurance products such as auto, home, and life insurance to both new and existing clients.

• Oversee the sales pipeline and diligently follow up on inbound leads provided by the agency.

• Advise customers to determine the most suitable coverage tailored to their needs.

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals within a performance-oriented setting.

• Must hold a valid P&C sales agent license.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field.

• Excellent communication abilities and a consultative selling approach.

• Self-driven and focused on achieving goals.
