Insurance Risk Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Issue certificates of insurance for operations related to van lines and client contractual agreements.

• Obtain necessary information from van line agents and assess third-party insurance requirements.

• Collaborate with the Risk Manager and Sirva legal team on requests for indemnity language.

• Gather and analyze underwriting information for both domestic and international insurance policy placements.

• Fill out applications and manage the maintenance and review of insurance policy documents.

• Assist legal, sales, and operations teams in evaluating insurance terms within client contracts and new business proposals.

• Oversee the surety bond program, handling bond issuances, cancellations, reporting, and invoicing.

• Aid in the investigation and documentation of fleet accidents.

• Track van line auto and general liability claims while identifying potential risks.

• Work in partnership with the TPA claim adjuster and defense counsel to develop claim strategies and resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, or finance.

• Property/Casualty Insurance Producer license is preferred.

• Experience in commercial insurance placements and oversight, claims management, and/or risk management functions.

• Detail-oriented and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
