
Insurance Renewal & Appointment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform warm outbound calls to current life insurance clients whose policies are nearing renewal or may need an update.
• Reach out to existing health insurance clients to uncover potential life insurance cross-selling opportunities.
• Clearly and professionally communicate the purpose of the outreach.
• Engage clients in a friendly, confident, and consultative way.
• Identify clients who are interested in renewing, modifying, adding, or exploring insurance coverage options.
• Schedule appointments with the relevant in-house insurance team using a calendar or appointment-setting system.
• Accurately record outreach results, client interests, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Follow up with clients as needed and transition qualified opportunities to the in-house team.
• Possibly assist with inbound calls and appointment rescheduling as the role evolves.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
• Achieve established appointment and performance targets as the program progresses.
• Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing performance enhancement.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Clear, professional, and easily understandable communication skills.
• Strong confidence and comfort in communicating with clients via phone.
• Pleasant and professional demeanor with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment-setting, customer service, or client-facing roles is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to quickly grasp new processes, systems, and insurance-related concepts.
• Capacity to remain professional and engaging during client interactions.
• Reliable work history demonstrating employment stability.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, calendars, and basic software tools.
• Experience in insurance is advantageous, though training will be provided.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent follow-up skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and follow established processes.
• Quick learner with the adaptability to new systems and workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email, spreadsheets, and document management.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adjust based on business needs.
