Financial Services Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls utilizing prospect lists provided by the client.

• Follow approved scripts related to financial services.

• Inquire with prospects about the last time they reviewed their retirement accounts.

• Clearly convey the approved reasons for initiating a financial review.

• Professionally manage basic objections.

• Schedule qualified prospects using Calendly.

• Document calling results and follow-up details in spreadsheets.

• Maintain consistent dialing activity during designated calling intervals.

• Provide task-specific remote services to enhance client business efficiency, service delivery, or operational functions.

• Function under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold offshore independent contractor status.

• Cold calling experience is necessary.

• Experience in appointment setting is required.

• Proficiency with power dialers is essential.

• Background in financial services, insurance, mortgage, banking, or related fields is preferred.

• Strong spoken English skills are mandatory.

• Ability to use scripts while maintaining a conversational style is required.

• Must be confident and professional on the phone.

• Strong background in outbound calling is necessary.

• Natural conversational style is important.

• Comfort with handling objections is required.

• Must be persistent without being aggressive.

• Strong ability to set appointments is essential.

• Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based consumers.

• Must be reliable and performance-driven.

• Experience with Power Dialer Systems is required.

• 2X System is preferred; client training will be provided.

• Familiarity with Calendly is needed.

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is essential.

• A native or near-native English accent is required (Level A-B).

• Availability Monday through Friday for a consistent 2-hour block daily between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST.

• Preferred location: Philippines.
