This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Log into the CRM system and utilize the dialer to initiate calls.

• Engage with, qualify, and schedule consultations with founders and marketing executives from 7-, 8-, and 9-figure ecommerce brands.

• Achieve a minimum of 100 dials daily.

• Secure at least 7 appointments each week, with 15 appointments weekly indicating a successful setter.

• Maintain a show rate of 70% or higher.

• Personally confirm all appointments.

• Reschedule no-shows and retain appointments when prospects do not respond.

• Operate as a full-time appointment setter via phone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have successfully booked a minimum of 50 appointments previously, or have personally generated at least $50,000 in closed sales.

• Availability to work during EST hours.

• Full-time dedication; not managing an agency, freelancing, or pursuing another project simultaneously.

• Proficient in clear and confident spoken English.

• Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day.

• Possess an unwavering sense of accountability for all aspects of your life.
