This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Engage with warm and qualified leads provided by the Marketing team.
• Make around 5–10 high-quality calls each week.
• Comprehend the situations, priorities, and business needs of prospects.
• Identify current or potential commercial opportunities.
• Schedule qualified follow-up meetings with senior commercial leads.
• Articulate the purpose and value of follow-up discussions to prospects.
• Collect sales intelligence regarding needs, timing, buying windows, decision-makers, stakeholders, suppliers, and potential Talent Acquisition support.
• Research each lead, company, contact, and relevant context prior to reaching out.
• Review previous interactions from Marketing or sales.
• Prioritize leads based on quality, relevance, and opportunity.
• Personalize outreach to each prospect.
• Send approved follow-up materials.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and/or Notion.
• Document call outcomes, qualification details, next steps, and sales intelligence.
• Highlight warm or time-sensitive opportunities for quick handover.
• Provide adequate context to senior commercial leads.
• Offer feedback to Marketing regarding lead quality and market response.
• Report to the Marketing Manager.
• Applicants must be located in Australia within the targeted time zones/locations.
• Must demonstrate confidence and professionalism on the phone.
• Familiarity with digital marketing products and services, including SEO, Paid Media, and Marketing Analytics.
• Experience in appointment setting, telesales, business development, recruitment, lead qualification, or a similar role.
• Ability to quickly build rapport without coming off as overly scripted or sales-oriented.
• Comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders.
• Skilled in asking insightful questions and listening carefully for commercial opportunities.
• Capable of distinguishing genuine buying signals from low-intent interest.
• Organized and disciplined in follow-up practices.
• Ability to write clear and concise notes that are useful for another salesperson.
• Comfortable working independently with a relatively small lead pool.
• Understanding that high-quality conversations are more valuable than high-volume calls.
• 100% remote working environment.
