This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver live online instructor-led training sessions focused on Agentic AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models.
• Clarify intricate AI concepts and showcase agentic AI architectures, workflows, frameworks, and tools.
• Instruct on subjects such as AI agents, LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, agent memory, planning, reasoning, multi-agent systems, automation, orchestration, neural networks, transformers, NLP, generative models, and responsible AI.
• Develop and continually enhance presentations, educational materials, hands-on exercises, demonstrations, use cases, case studies, templates, and reference documents.
• Facilitate interactive workshops, Q&A sessions, knowledge assessments, guided practices, and practical demonstrations.
• Lead learners through real-world scenarios and business applications of Agentic AI.
• Assist learners in constructing LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI solutions.
• Provide personalized support to learners during live sessions and designated office hours.
• Maintain communication regarding learners' progress, expectations, and skill advancements.
• Offer timely and constructive feedback on exercises, activities, and assessments.
• Assess learner progress through participation, knowledge checks, practical exercises, and hands-on activities.
• Keep precise records of learner engagement and performance.
• Identify learners requiring extra assistance and work with internal teams to enhance outcomes.
• Stay updated on Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM technologies, frameworks, autonomous AI systems, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with curriculum and instructional teams to enhance content quality, training effectiveness, learner experiences, and outcomes.
• Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and professional educational environment.
• Represent Simplilearn professionally with learners, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or related fields.
• Significant hands-on experience in the design, development, implementation, or deployment of Agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications.
• Prior experience in delivering online instructor-led training for professionals or adult learners.
• Proven expertise across AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Strong comprehension of Agentic AI architectures, AI agents, LLM applications, agentic workflows, automation, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, AI agent memory and context management, planning, reasoning, task decomposition, multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Attention Mechanisms, Transformers, NLP, text classification, BERT, GPT, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, and responsible AI.
• Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of AI APIs, LLM integration, and AI automation workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong instructional abilities and learner engagement skills.
• Experience in building or demonstrating LLM-powered applications and AI agent workflows.
• Proficiency in conducting live virtual training using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
• Ability to create interactive, activity-driven learning experiences.
• Capacity to link Agentic AI concepts with practical business use cases.
• Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout their employment.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend availability is preferred based on learner cohort schedules.
• Flexible part-time schedule of approximately 8–12 hours per week.
• Compensation for all hours worked in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations.
