Instructional Designer – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Employ innovative design thinking to tackle user experience issues and devise effective solutions.

• Create captivating eLearning courses utilizing rapid authoring tools.

• Oversee and prioritize various projects concurrently.

• Design and establish groundbreaking standards for eLearning experiences.

• Offer clear guidance and act as a consultant throughout the e-learning production workflow.

• Develop comprehensive training programs that are both engaging and precise.

• Create assessments and quiz questions to enhance learning retention.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure alignment of content with company objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in the design, development, and user testing of learning products.

• 1–2 years of visual design experience using Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.

• A portfolio showcasing original learning products created with HTML5 or comparable tools.

• Practical understanding of Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets).

• Hands-on experience in developing advanced eLearning using Evolve or Articulate 360.

• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Rapid Release, storyboarding).

• Proven experience in adhering to company standards for presentation design, copywriting, and editing.

• Proficient in using project management software (Smartsheet, Asana, Google Sheets).

• History of leading large-scale projects while maintaining consistent messaging and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for grammar.

• Capability to distill complex technical concepts into simpler terms.

• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating across various departments.

• An analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred, not mandatory).

• Experience with Evolve and Intellum LMS (preferred).

• Proficiency in Camtasia or Adobe Premiere (preferred).

• Experience in developing interactive instructor-led training (preferred).
