This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create engaging learning experiences across various formats including eLearning, clinical guidelines, documentation, job aids, assessments, knowledge checks, and other modalities.

• Collaborate with teams such as Care Delivery, Medical Affairs, Product, Category, Clinical Quality, and others on launches, updates to guidelines, and communications directed at providers.

• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of instructional design initiatives.

• Assist the Senior Instructional Designer with lifecycle mapping, in-product enablement, content strategy for documentation, and proofs of concept for innovative learning experiences.

• Offer support to the customer service training team when necessary.

• Aid providers during onboarding and continuous enablement to enhance both provider and patient experiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field is required (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.

• Demonstrated success in creating effective learning solutions.

• 2–3 years of experience in instructional design within a scaling SaaS or B2C context.

• Capability to transform large volumes of unstructured information into clear, intuitive, and impactful learning experiences.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience applying them effectively.

• Proficiency with standard instructional design tools, authoring tools, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Openness to learning and trying out new tools.

• A growth mindset and dedication to personal and professional development.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently to define requirements, achieve stakeholder clarity, and push projects forward.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions for any employer.
