This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create, develop, and sustain educational solutions utilizing the ADDIE model or similar frameworks.
β’ Choose instructional methods and construct eLearning courses, job aids, videos, assessments, and other educational materials using Articulate Rise and additional authoring tools.
β’ Design and implement sales-readiness training, which includes onboarding/ramp programs, product and process training, as well as continuous skill enhancement.
β’ Perform learning needs assessments in collaboration with sales leaders and subject matter experts.
β’ Utilize adult learning theory and best practices in instructional design to promote retention and behavioral change.
β’ Assist in customer education by creating learning content aimed at customers.
β’ Collect content from stakeholders and SMEs, verify its accuracy, and ensure alignment with current products, processes, and sales messages.
β’ Assess learning programs through feedback, assessment data, and business metrics, and subsequently refine content.
β’ Update and maintain learning materials as products, processes, and sales methodologies progress.
β’ Oversee multiple learning projects from initial concept through development, review, and deployment.
β’ Proven experience implementing the ADDIE model or comparable instructional design frameworks like SAM.
β’ Practical experience in course development using Articulate Rise.
β’ Background or familiarity with sales enablement, including sales cycles, onboarding/ramp programs, and sales readiness.
β’ Background or knowledge in customer education and product adoption content.
β’ Strong grasp of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
β’ Experience conducting learning needs assessments and converting findings into effective learning strategies.
β’ Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
β’ Capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
β’ Exceptional collaboration skills and experience working alongside SMEs, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Preferred experience in a Learning & Development or Sales Enablement role within a SaaS or technology company.
