This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop, design, and deliver top-notch learning experiences based on approved outlines and content drafts.
• Transform written materials into visually appealing, interactive digital learning formats.
• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and the training and enablement team to produce effective training courses.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and SMEs to assess learner experience, structure, and sequencing.
• Create eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and job aids.
• Implement and enhance the Kinaxis University brand system, content style guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Professional Services to set course direction and evaluate course relevance.
• Contribute to a library of reusable components, including templates, interaction patterns, and design standards.
• Report to the Manager – Customer Education.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, instructional technology, or a design-related field (such as graphic design or visual communication) or equivalent demonstrated portfolio experience.
• A portfolio is highly preferred; candidates who provide a portfolio showcasing digital learning work they have personally designed and developed will receive priority consideration.
• At least 2 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or eLearning development, ideally within the SaaS or technology sectors.
• Strong skills in instructional design.
• Experience in creating online learning materials using authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Synthesia, and similar AI software.
• Proficient in multimedia and visual composition skills: layout, color, hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and Hands on Lab (HOL) systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and ongoing improvement in learning theory and design.
• Skills in motion graphics or video animation are a strong asset; experience with After Effects, Vyond, or similar tools is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Capability to meet WCAG Level A accessibility standards.
