This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of training and self-paced courses aimed at clients, focusing on technical and regulatory subjects.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Manage JSI University, including the publishing of content, monitoring learner progress, and daily platform operations.
• Coordinate and prioritize changing regulatory and operational initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of client-oriented webinars, handling technical configurations, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality during live sessions.
• Adapt to changing priorities, acquire new tools, and offer support throughout the Regulatory Affairs team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine training requirements and essential focus areas.
• Continuously enhance training materials by leveraging learner feedback and engagement metrics.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients, engage in meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and influence training and client communications.
• Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a similar field gained through professional roles, academic studies, or self-directed projects.
• Familiarity with course-authoring platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or comparable tools; proficiency in Articulate 360 is highly preferred.
• Strong visual and content design capabilities to convert complex materials into clear, structured, and engaging content.
• Willingness to learn or experience in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and webinar/live-event software.
• Ability to compose clear and concise instructional materials, including scripts, on-screen text, knowledge assessments, standard operating procedures, and quick reference guides.
• Capacity to navigate shifting priorities and diverse workloads while adapting to new tools and dynamic requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, including the capability to oversee multiple projects in a high-volume setting.
• Outstanding attention to detail along with strong written communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Aptitude for quickly grasping and translating unfamiliar technical or regulatory information into accessible formats.
• A portfolio showcasing e-learning or interactive course design work is preferred.
• Experience with graphic design or multimedia tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Vyond, or similar is preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM is favored.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools or automation for content creation, quality assurance, or documentation is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Smartsheets, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
• Experience in building or prototyping applications, automations, or integrations using scripting, APIs, or no/low-code solutions is preferred.
