This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop course outlines that incorporate concepts, mediums, content delivery methods, assessments, materials, and supplementary learning strategies.

• Establish training programs and schedules for core content, estimate the required work effort, monitor project tasks, and communicate progress and deliverables to management.

• Design instructional materials for computer-based training (CBTs), live sessions, job aids, visual tools, and various other educational resources.

• Utilize adult learning methodologies including quizzes, gamification, and interactive CBTs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and focus groups to produce captivating course content and engaging learning activities.

• Ensure all materials align with brand and marketing guidelines.

• Assess training curricula and materials by integrating adult learning principles and industry best practices.

• Create and oversee strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular updates to management.

• Examine operational systems for efficiency improvements and potential program enhancements.

• Stay informed about industry trends, learning tools, and standards.

• Adhere to Inovalon’s policies, procedures, confidentiality agreements, and HIPAA regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in Information Technology or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.

• Over 2 years of relevant experience in content creation or instructional design.

• Proficient in applying instructional design techniques that incorporate adult learning theories and best practices.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Proven skills in visual design and storyboarding.

• Familiarity with project management principles.

• Strong analytical abilities for evaluating the effectiveness of training materials.

• Proficient operational knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
