This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and stakeholders to assess training requirements and outline learning objectives.
• Convert intricate processes and business rules into straightforward, actionable learning materials.
• Develop multimedia training resources including gamification, videos, audio content, infographics, handouts, worksheets, presentations, and instructional manuals.
• Design storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
• Choose appropriate instructional strategies that combine instructor-led and self-directed methods, utilizing adult learning principles.
• Ensure that training materials meet operational standards and facilitate consistent implementation.
• Oversee course revisions, maintain 508 compliance, and manage version control.
• Create and implement strategies to evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Assist trainers and Operations teams in preparing for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and coaching sessions.
• Maintain training materials to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and in line with standardized processes and business rules.
• 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing a variety of training solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies for creating courses focused on systems and process training.
• Experience in leading instructor-led training sessions (optional/desirable).
