Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and stakeholders to assess training requirements and establish learning objectives.

• Convert intricate processes and business rules into straightforward, actionable learning materials.

• Develop multimedia training resources, such as gamification elements, videos, audio clips, infographics, handouts, worksheets, presentations, and instructional guides.

• Design storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

• Choose effective instructional strategies utilizing both instructor-led and self-directed methods, incorporating adult learning principles.

• Ensure that training materials comply with operational standards and facilitate consistent execution.

• Oversee course revisions, 508 compliance, and version control.

• Create and apply methods to assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics.

• Assist trainers and Operations teams in preparing for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and coaching sessions.

• Maintain training materials to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with standardized processes and business regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in designing and developing a diverse range of learning solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies for creating courses focused on systems and process training.

• Experience in facilitating instructor-led training sessions (optional/desired).
