Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Update and format presentation materials to align with Bundle's design templates.

• Create learner-specific adaptations of existing training resources based on defined guidelines.

• Implement minor content revisions and routine updates to current learning assets.

• Perform quality assurance checks for design, formatting, and consistency according to Bundle's Lesson Plans.

• Utilize adult learning principles (andragogy) to ensure content remains clear, actionable, and engaging.

• Leverage modern AI tools, such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot, to enhance instructional design efficiency.

• Independently manage files, resources, and documentation using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

• Collaborate closely with the core learning design team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of adult learning principles (andragogy) and their application in professional training contexts.

• Excellent presentation design capabilities (PowerPoint or similar) with a keen focus on visual layout and accessibility standards.

• Practical experience in integrating AI tools—specifically Claude and Microsoft Copilot—into your instructional design processes.

• Outstanding attention to detail, along with strong critical thinking and sound judgment in assessing content quality.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

• High degree of autonomy with a proven capability to adhere to established guidelines and work independently.

• Excellent written communication skills in English, with a professional tone.

• Experience in corporate learning and development (L&D) or instructional design in higher education.

• Background in designing skills-based or competency-based corporate training programs.
