This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with cross-functional subject matter experts and stakeholders to pinpoint essential learning requirements and establish measurable performance goals.
β’ Multimodal Development: Design and sustain a variety of curricula for online, instructor-led (ILT), and virtual instructor-led (vILT) training settings.
β’ Evidence-Based Design: Utilize fundamental instructional design theories and principles to tackle performance gaps and enhance learner outcomes.
β’ Pre-Production Design: Develop detailed scripts, storyboards, and prototypes for stakeholder evaluation and approval before final production.
β’ Interactive E-Learning: Use multimedia authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia) and project management platforms (Asana) to create captivating online learning experiences.
β’ Project Ownership: Oversee the complete content development process, ensuring seamless collaboration between curriculum managers and delivery teams.
β’ Quality Assurance: Ensure that all instructional materials comply with stringent quality standards and adhere to established corporate writing and style guidelines.
β’ Instructional Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum management, or adult learning within a corporate training context (SaaS experience preferred).
β’ Agile Development: Demonstrated capability to function in fast-paced 2-week development cycles, producing high-quality learning content under tight deadlines.
β’ Technical Toolset: Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office.
β’ Content Design: Proven ability to evaluate learning needs and transform complex technical information into engaging, media-rich, and effective learning solutions.
β’ Methodology & Theory: Solid foundational knowledge of instructional design processes, taxonomies, knowledge transfer techniques, and organizational development.
β’ Strategic Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the capability to simplify technical concepts and foster consensus among diverse groups with competing priorities.
β’ Education & Validation: A BA/BS degree in Education or Instructional Design is required; a professional portfolio showcasing successful project execution must be submitted.
