This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and design engaging online learning experiences that simplify complex technical concepts for educators and IT leaders.

• Create courses utilizing conversational language, simulations, high-quality videos, and interactive components.

• Implement adult learning principles and best practices in multimedia.

• Oversee multiple projects within an agile development framework, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to influence product development and ensure training aligns with user requirements.

• Identify and recommend enhancements to learning experiences and accompanying documentation.

• Engage in onboarding milestones, course creation, peer evaluations, video production, Help Center content, and mentorship activities.

• Establish connections with product subject-matter experts and create advanced CMC courses.

• Recognize curriculum content deficiencies and propose innovative learning solutions.

• Report directly to the Manager of Learning Design.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or comparable fields.

• Proficient in rapid content development using Articulate Rise.

• Familiarity with video editing software such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere.

• Previous experience in a remote work setting.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Comfortable participating in virtual meetings with the camera on.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 20%, for team gatherings.

• Experience with HTML and CSS for enhancing course design (preferred).

• Strong graphic design abilities (preferred).

• Located in or near the Eastern Time Zone (preferred).

• Master’s degree is preferred.
