Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop creative training solutions that encompass written course content, systems documentation, and e-learning platforms.

• Generate high-quality training materials utilizing the ADDIE model of instructional design.

• Compose course design documents, learning objectives, course materials, practice scenarios, activities, and assessments.

• Collaborate with team members, clients, and subject matter experts to assess training requirements and identify optimal business practices.

• Manage and maintain source documentation.

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of instructional design principles, practices, and adult learning theories.

• Proven experience in creating instructional storyboards, written course content, systems documentation, and e-learning solutions.

• Capable of developing curriculum based on defined competencies.

• Strong analytical abilities to transform information and needs into structured, systems-focused classroom training materials.

• Exceptional writing skills, producing concise, creative, and effective instructional documentation.

• Comfortable engaging with and providing updates to senior business leaders.

• Adaptable to ambiguity and able to operate without having all answers readily available.

• Proficient in managing time and tasks while maintaining focus on priorities.

• Must be a collaborative team player and receptive to change.

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, technical writing, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of academic and professional experience.

• Capable of fulfilling physical requirements, including talking, hearing, sitting, and using technology tools such as a laptop for extended durations.

• Close vision and the ability to adjust focus as necessary.
