Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and LMS-integrated learning programs

• Design structured learning pathways, assessments, digital learning resources, and facilitator materials

• Convert intricate scientific and technical information into engaging, effective, and accessible learning experiences

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and the broader Training Services team

• Develop reusable and scalable learning products

• Influence and uphold learning design standards

• Assist in the growth of BioPhorum's training portfolio and commercially viable training offerings

• Achieve measurable learning outcomes for participants

• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design

• Preferably, proficiency in digital, virtual, and blended learning solutions

• A strong enthusiasm for converting complex knowledge into impactful learning experiences
