Instructional Designer – Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in every phase of the ADDIE process

• Oversee specific learning programs, which includes the design, development, and timely delivery of educational experiences

• Work in collaboration with internal team members, client partners, and subject matter experts to convert business goals into both synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions

• Plan, organize, and facilitate cross-functional meetings to analyze data, resolve issues, make data-driven decisions, and enhance agent performance

• Create and develop captivating instructional content utilizing text, graphics, audio, video, interactions, and other technologies

• Ensure that content is clear, concise, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives

• Implement instructional design principles and adult learning theories

• Develop and manage educational programs for sectors including healthcare, retail, utilities, sales, and others

• Prepare independent agents to effectively manage calls from start to finish, covering call flow, system navigation, soft skills, and transfers

• Utilize project and program management skills to oversee deliverables, conduct client reviews, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities

• Adapt to a high-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Create synchronous and asynchronous learning materials for independent agents serving Liveops’ clients

• Review and assess agent performance data, surveys, training information, and program health metrics to identify trends and enhance materials

• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for facilitators

• Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess curriculum effectiveness and learner performance

• Regularly collaborate with the learning team and provide insights and expertise

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay up-to-date on instructional design trends, technologies, and research

• Supervise program design and delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine training and assess effectiveness to boost agent performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media, or a related program or certification

• At least 3 years of experience in designing training curricula and associated program elements, or 3 years in a related field

• Proficient writing skills for learners, peers, and leadership

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management

• Capability to prioritize tasks, manage responsibilities, and delegate effectively

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite for communication, scheduling, spreadsheet analysis, job aids, and presentations

• A robust portfolio of learning materials showcasing diverse development strategies and techniques

• Ability to design effective interactive simulations of client systems using eLearning software

• Skill in gathering, analyzing, and responding to results

• Capacity to create and adhere to deadlines while prioritizing in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to plan, lead, and engage in virtual meetings in a distraction-free environment

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning, collaboration, and enhancing Instructional Design skills

• Must be approachable, good-natured, eager to jump in, and scale up quickly

• Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer

• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
