This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop high-quality certification and training materials for independent agents who serve Liveops' clients.
• Participate in all stages of the ADDIE process.
• Oversee assigned learning programs, ensuring design, development, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal team members, client partners, and subject matter experts to convert business goals into synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions.
• Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to analyze data, resolve issues, make data-driven decisions, and enhance agent performance.
• Create and develop engaging instructional content utilizing text, graphics, audio, video, interactions, and other media formats.
• Implement instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Develop and manage educational programs across healthcare, retail, utilities, sales, and various other sectors.
• Utilize project and program management abilities to oversee deliverables, client reviews, prioritization, and task delegation.
• Examine and evaluate agent performance data, surveys, training data, and program health metrics to identify trends and enhance training materials.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for facilitators.
• Create and apply evaluation strategies to assess curriculum effectiveness and learner performance.
• Collaborate with the learning team, providing feedback, expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Engage in professional development activities and keep updated on instructional design industry trends, technologies, and research.
• Supervise program design and delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
• Work alongside stakeholders to refine training and assess its effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media, or a relevant program or certificate.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing training curricula and associated program elements, or 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficient writing skills for effective communication with learners, peers, and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• A robust portfolio of learning materials showcasing a variety of development strategies and techniques.
• Capability to design effective, interactive simulations of client systems using eLearning software.
• Skills to gather, analyze, and act upon results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Competence in planning, leading, and participating in virtual meetings within a distraction-free setting.
• Capacity to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while using a computer.
• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
