This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute TruBridge’s comprehensive business office services.
• Deliver claims processing solutions to Critical Access Hospitals (UB-04) and Rural Health Clinics (CMS-1500) in New Hampshire.
• Oversee business office activities for hospitals and clinics, including patient billing and collections, third-party payer relations, and insurance claim preparation.
• Manage business office functions and staff, encompassing patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry.
• Suggest new processes and modifications to existing procedures.
• Implement controls for the appropriate submission, billing, credit, and collections.
• Establish procedures for follow-ups on third-party approvals, billing, and overdue account collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate staff billing in line with procedures and third-party requirements.
• Meet established production and quality assurance standards.
• Maintain high-quality customer service in accordance with company and customer policies.
• Safeguard confidential customer information.
• Process various paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Support team projects.
• Assist the manager in employee coaching, training, disciplinary actions, and follow-up on action plans.
• Ensure adherence to dress code, attendance, and other company policies among employees.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, which may include Acute Hospital and/or Physician (Profee) claims.
• Experience with Claims and Denial Queues.
• Familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims is REQUIRED.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
• Must possess a keen attention to detail and the capability to follow through on issues until resolution.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills, with a strong focus on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
