This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute the comprehensive business office services provided by TruBridge.
• Deliver claims processing services for Critical Access Hospitals (UB-04) and Rural Health Clinics (CMS-1500) in New Hampshire.
• Oversee business office operations in hospitals and clinics, which encompass patient billing, collections, third-party payer relations, and insurance claim preparation.
• Manage business office functions and team members, including tasks related to patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry.
• Suggest new processes and modifications to existing procedures.
• Establish controls for the proper submission of claims, billing, credit, and collections.
• Develop procedures for follow-up on third-party approvals, billing, and overdue account collections.
• Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness in line with set procedures and third-party requirements.
• Achieve production and quality assurance benchmarks.
• Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with company and customer policies and procedures.
• Engage in educational opportunities offered by the company.
• Safeguard confidential customer information.
• Handle miscellaneous paperwork and carry out administrative responsibilities.
• Support team projects.
• Assist the manager in employee management tasks, including coaching, training, disciplinary actions, and follow-up on action plans.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding dress code, attendance, and other regulations.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, encompassing both Acute Hospital and Physician (Profee) claims.
• Experience with Claims and Denial Queues.
• Required familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Must exhibit a keen attention to detail and be capable of resolving issues through to completion.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is necessary.
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
